1 General Provisions

1.1 Parties to the Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the entity operating the 44bt platform ("44bt", "we", "our") and the individual using the platform ("you", "user"). By starting to use the 44bt website or app you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

1.2 Definition of Services

"Services" refers to the 44bt website, mobile platform, gaming software, live casino, sports betting, cricket betting, slots, colour games, table tennis betting and all related digital features.

1.3 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by internationally applicable regulations. When using the platform you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable in your own country.

2 Registration and Account

2.1 Creating an Account

3 Age Requirements

By registering on 44bt you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. We may request proof of age at any time. If it is found that a user is under 21, that account will be closed immediately and all related transactions will be considered void.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

44bt currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Funds sent by any other method will not be accepted and 44bt will bear no responsibility for such transfers.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A 25x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own specific terms, which are stated on the offer page.
• A bonus may only be claimed once per account.
• Not all games can be played with bonus funds — some games may be excluded from bonus wagering.
• If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

44bt has five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. You will be promoted to higher tiers based on your regular gaming activity and will receive weekly cashback.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

All games on 44bt are operated using certified and verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and there are no predetermined patterns.

6.2 Technical Issues

If the outcome of a game cannot be determined due to a lost internet connection or other technical reasons, the data stored on the server will be considered final. If a software error occurs in any game, the related bet may be cancelled and the stake refunded.

6.3 Betting Limits

Each game and tournament has its own maximum and minimum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. Bets outside the set limits will not be accepted.

6.4 Sports Betting

Betting is available on a range of sports including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (international matches including FIFA), kabaddi and table tennis. Odds may change in response to in-match developments. Once a bet has been accepted it cannot be changed or cancelled.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and any violation may result in account closure as well as legal action:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Hacking an account or attempting unauthorised access to another person's account
• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to exploit the bonus system
• Modifying game software or using hacking tools
• Any fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Threatening or harassing other users
• Making transactions using a third party's payment method
• Playing games using automated bots or scripts
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor

8 Privacy and Data Protection
